Why We Built This Site
Georgia's public court information is spread across six classes of trial courts, separate appellate dockets, and local case-management systems. E-Access does not combine those records into one statewide search; it links readers to court-specific providers. re:SearchGA can search records from participating courts, but its public materials do not promise full statewide coverage. The county clerk or other court clerk remains the custodian of the case file and certified copies. This site brings those different routes together, then points readers to the county and court office responsible for a particular docket.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site, separate from Georgia courts, clerks, and public agencies. That means it cannot carry out official court functions:
- Only the court or clerk with custody can provide an official docket or case file
- A court, not this reference site, sets or changes a hearing date
- Case entries cannot be removed, sealed, or amended here
- Certified copies must come from the court that holds the record
- General court information is not legal advice about a particular case
- Local contact details, fees, and calendar entries can change after publication
The clerk responsible for the court file can explain access and provide an official or certified copy. A Georgia case record must come from that court's own record custodian.
Search Partners
Some search boxes are supplied by outside companies that control their own services, pricing, and results. If a visitor follows a partner link and buys a service, the site may receive a referral fee. That arrangement helps support these reference pages. Partner tools remain separate from Georgia court portals, and their charges and search results are set by the provider.
